Prices are for the full four-night event – arriving from 2pm Thursday and departing Monday at 10am.
You can select your accommodation upgrade when booking – but get in quick, as these options are limited and tend to sell out fast!
Camping not your vibe?
Easy Camp $195
Camping without the hassle.We will provide a large ( 2.4 x 2.4 m floor, 1.9m high) tent, complete with 2 thick 4WD sleeping mats for 4 nights. We will set up for you and pack down. 1-2ppl
Glamping $1,000
Beautifully fitted two share luxury glamping tents each with their own semi-attached ensuite bathroom and split system heating and cooling. Up to 2 Person
BYO Caravan Site $180
Powered site. This event is based in the one location for the 4 nights. Enabling you to bring your own van. Spots are limited.
Cattlemens Hut $1,000
This cottage is a cosy old alpine cattlemen's hut that oozes rustic charm. Overlooking the boat ramp it has partial lake views. Kitchenette with a microwave, sink and medium size two door fridge, internal bathroom, master bedroom with double bed and bunk room with 2 sets of bunks
Family Cottage $1,200
Our Family Cottage can accommodate small groups of up to 10. It has a kitchenette and a private detached ensuite accessible under a covered walkway.
2 x Queen size beds and 3 x Single bunk beds
Vintage Vans $660
Beds are made with fresh linen and top sheet. Vans have kettle, toaster, microwave, heater, fan, fridge, cutlery and crockery. This vans are located 800m from HQ.
Guest House $1,200
This little guesthouse has two bedrooms. The master room boasts a queen sized bed & walk in robe.Lounge and dining room are one room incorporating 60inch Satalite TV & Wifi. Kitchen with oven, microwave & fridge. Second bedroom has two double beds. It looks out to 1/2 acre of green lawns with a 3 hole amateur sloped golf course. (just for fun). This is located 1.5km from HQ
Safari Tent $500
Enjoy a comfortable stay in our two-person camping tents, featuring a queen-size innerspring bed, bedside tables, camp lighting, and power for charging devices. The tent is also equipped with an electric heater and fan for comfort. Bedding, linens, and towels are provided, along with two camp chairs and a fire pot. Shared amenities.
Hutt Living - Off Grid Tiny Home

If an immersion in nature is what you’re craving, this tiny home is your nirvana, where you’ll wake up to endless views of the Nowa Nowa wetlands and can watch the sunrise and sunset without getting out of bed.
Think birdsong in the morning, and snuggling up around an open fire in the evening. Hutt Living is off-grid to switch off but in the comfort of luxury linen and fittings. 2 Adults
Wilderness Tiny Home

Oozing character it is a stunning example of workmanship.
Highly detailed in Aztec style it has a whopping King-sized loft bed accessible via steep stairs (normal agility required), a shower recess, towels, full size fridge, gas cooktop, microwave, heater, fan etc, the park’s toilet nearby is used. Suitable for max of two quiet adult guests.

Peaceful, self-contained campsite on a private farmlet by the lake. Ideal if BYO Caravan Sites are sold out or you’d like a quiet stay away from Event HQ.
